Harriet Gaywood, Founder

Harriet Gaywood has been studying and working in China for over 25 years and is experienced in communications, brand building, geopolitics, media relations, PR, public affairs and issue management, and risk and strategy. Harriet began her career at the British Consulate-General Shanghai working in press and
public affairs. She then spent twenty years in international and Chinese communications agencies. Senior roles included Shanghai Office Head at MSL, Executive Director at Grayling establishing offices in Beijing and Shanghai. Before establishing Anoumis Communications, Harriet was Senior Director at BlueDigital, Managing Director of Teneo, and part of Huawei's Corporate Communications team based in Shenzhen. Harriet holds a BA and MA from Durham University, UK; an MA in Mass Communications from Leicester University, UK; graduated with an Executive MBA from Hult Business School; and an MA in International Affairs with Cyber-security from King's College, London.
